Dress Classy, Not trashy part 1

Hey! I am Elizabeth's sister  (not blood sisters, but we pretty much are), Abby Faldmo.  Let me give you a little overview.  We've grown up together, I met her who knows how long ago when my family was late for church, and they had just moved from Iowa City and was at church for the first time! Our families were instant best friends.  Not long after we met, they moved from Sioux City, to a house they had built two doors down.  Our families do everything together! We have some pretty great stories, like the time my little brother ran over in his diaper to their house, or the time Elizabeth got locked out of her house and came to our house, spent the night, and her mom was worried sick where she was, but luckily, the first place she called was our house. :)  We've been through it all!  Our families aren't really best friends now, we are more than best friends, we are family.  Elizabeth's mom is my mom, and my brother is her brother.  It's fabulous you could say!  This summer we are planning on going on vacation together to Lake Powell!  Last summer, our families went to Minnesota together while our brothers and dads were at Scout Camp.  Let me tell you how fun that was.  Cold water, tiny cabin, and so many rules, oh it was great!  Elizabeth is a great person, an amazing photographer (go schedule a session right this minute!), a stylish, gorgeous girl, and most of all, my bestest friend. :)

So, yeah, that was a long overview, but here's my actual post.
Have you ever noticed people that aren't the prettiest people, but they dress SO cute that they are pretty!  Yes, so I love clothes, I don't dress up all the time, but I love the fashion world and I love knowing what's in and what's  out.  So here are some tips, clothes, and makeup that you should definitely think to get, AKA my wish list of clothes.  Some are pricey and some are not. So, here we go.

Tops:

Simple White V Neck.
Seriously, so convenient. You can style it up with a printed scarf (cheetah would be cute) with skinny jeans and cute boots, or you can just wear it at home hair up, sweatpants, and no makeup on.  It's great! And it's only $5.90 on forever21.com

Cardigans
Best thing ever! You can do so many things with this! In this picture, I don't like how it is buttoned, but unbutton it and put a cute tank under it.  Grey goes with anything too, but you can also get other colors.  This was $14.90 at Forever21.com  Easy, affordable, cute, and so nice to have.

More Cardigans!  This is pretty much the same thing, darker grey though, but it is $62 at jcrew.com
I love JCrew and It is probably my favorite store, and if you are looking for something with better quality, get the cardigan from JCrew, but if you are looking for something cheap, go for Forever21.
Graphic Tee's are cool, but they can also can be trashy.  Here's where the classy vs. trashy part comes in.  This shirt is classy, but shirts that say a brand name, are trashy.  One or two is fine, but when you where one everyday, it's like having that company make your style,  and you don't even have your own.  DON'T DO IT! It's a big no no! This shirt is 19.99 on quicksilver.com.  Great price, way cute, and if you are into a west coast style ("skinny pants and some vans" as Lil' Wayne would say) this would be a good fit for you.

Bottoms:

Toothpick Jeans!  These are from JCrew, and I've been eyeing them since the beginning of the year!  The only reason I haven't got it yet, $109.  Is it worth it? I think yes! My mom/money says NO!  If you want a good quality pair of colored denim, this is the way to go.  It would be cute with a blue button of shirt (as seen in the picture), white cardigan, or even a v neck would look cute!

Miss me Jeans.  These are cute jeans, a little on the expensive side, 99$, but they are good to have, and are nice jeans! My one pair of miss me's I dress with cute clothes and I dress with a sweatshirt.  It's great!

The one and only, American eagle jeans.  Depending on the jeans they can range from 20$ (on sale) to 50$.  Great quality, so comfy, great price, and nice to have.  If you don't have a pair, get them now.  I have AE skinny jeans, best thing that you'll ever put on your body.

J Crew Chino shorts!  45$.  These are totally in style.  There are different colors.  Style tip: Pink and navy look classy together :) Summer must have!

SHOES:
I love shoes, but I'm going to keep my excitement to a minimum.

Bow boots!  Alright, these were saved in my pictures, and I can't remember exactaly where are saw them, but if you Google bow boots, you should see them.  These are adorable with dark jeans.  I LOVE THEM!

Toms, toms, toms, toms.  Get them! I believe they are 54$ or so.  There are all different kinds and they are currently on my feet right now!

Okay, well the bell just rang which means I must continue my post later, so get ready for part 2 of Dress Classy not Trashy.

Love you fellow When in Doubt readers!
